So I went to go see the lowest priced home in all of Brookwood High School District that had at least 2,000 square feet. I found this gem. It's listed as a 5/3 but is really only a 4 bedroom 3 bath split-level. Here's a complete description of this Brookwood Home. It does have some nice features for the price, mainly the frieze carpet, vaulted family room, wood flooring, large master bathroom, above-ground pool, and a level backyard. However, it needs some major cosmetics and cleaning. For the price though it's well worth it. I had to go see it since I sold the one RIGHT next door!
